Quality Guaranteed

If you have received something from us which is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days and we will either refund or replace the item or give you a voucher refund to use on your next order, depending on which you prefer. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Delivery and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail or other local courier service. We will provide you with a link to track your package online, unless your order is large letter size, in which case it will be posted via Royal Mail 1'st Class post. 


We do our best to ensure that the stock status of all items in our store are update, but in the unlikely event that an item you ordered has sold out, we will contact you via email to either offer a refund or notify you of the time until replacement stock is due to arrive with us. The choice will be yours as to which way you wish to proceed.
